The Vitality Lab Collective, operated by Wissota Chiropractic SC, sends text messages only to people who opt in by entering their mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our website forms, such as our free guide and Vitality Assessment. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.

When you opt in we collect your name, mobile number and email address and a record of your consent.

How We Use It

We use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to, such as guide delivery, assessment follow-ups, appointment reminders, coaching updates and occasional offers.

No Sharing of Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
